The Payment Card Settlement is a $5.5-billion antitrust class-action settlement that provides some relief for U.S. merchants after years of paying allegedly inflated Visa and Mastercard interchange fees.

The claims period closes Feb. 4, 2025.

Class members have until Feb. 4, 2025 to submit a claim to get their share of the court-approved $5.5 billion settlement. Visit www.paymentcardsettlement.com to learn more and for updates on the settlement process.

Businesses that accepted Visa and/or Mastercard between Jan. 1, 2004 and Jan. 25, 2019 can claim a share of this settlement.
